We're in for a great semester, at the end of which you all will be ready for 1302, so let's get to it!
This blog will mainly serve to remind you of what we are going to be doing in class along with what assignments are due and when. It will also have general information that you might find useful, like links to helpful websites and information about upcoming events. If you come by and check the blog once a week before class, you should be a good shape. Feel free to comment after any entry - just remember, the best way to reach me will always be through e-mail.
Your first assignment is the Diagnostic Exam. We use it to help find out how much grammar you know already and what you might need to brush up on. While it is a completion grade, please do your best!

- I'm a masters student in Literature. My specialty is British novels, particularly modern ones or ones from the 19th century. I'm excited to be teaching First-Year Writing and getting to work with all of you! Along with my teaching and grading duties, I'm also an Assistant Director of the First-Year Writing Program.
